The paper presents the floristic diversity of left bank Danube and canal network Krnjaca Borca settlements, as well factors that endanger it. 216 autochthonous allochthonous plant species were recorded in investigated area. A large number invasive have been observed spread rapidly easily forming stable populations displace native plants. Some them are: Amorpha fruticosa L., Robinia pseudoacacia Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle, Asclepias syriaca Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. others. presence 6 are rare endangered Serbia is especially significant, 5 relict species. During investigation, which influence on natural habitats degradation reduction identified. Accordingly, measures for protection preservation recommended.
